The Nothing Phone 3 display is a 6.67-inch flat AMOLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate and a bumped-up resolution of 2800 x 1260 pixels, offering around 460ppi. It supports HDR content and improves overall sharpness and color fidelity.

On the inside, the phone is powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset, built on a 4nm process and paired with the Adreno 825 GPU. It runs on Android 15 with Nothing OS 3.5 on top, and Nothing promises five major Android updates.

The front camera is now a 50MP shooter capable of 4K at 60fps. Battery capacity has increased to 5150mAh, supporting 65W wired, 15W wireless, 7.5W reverse wired, and 5W reverse wireless charging.
